Throughout 2023, I held a workshop on a divine feminine archetype each month; 12 archetypes over the course of the year. Through bringing awareness to, and consciously integrating each archetype, you are enabling your divine feminine energy to begin to express itself freely and heal.
Each workshop is comprised of three parts:
1: Knowledge - We learn about the qualities (light and shadow) of the archetype and bring awareness to them within ourselves.
2: Meditation - Through a guided meditation we meet our inner archetype and receive much needed answers from them.
3: Creation - We draw out the visions and messages that we received in meditation to ground the experience we had within into reality.
These workshops do not have to be done in chronological order.
